The Berlitz Learning Cycle for Quality Assurance
The Berlitz Learning Cycle was developed as a quality assurance process to ensure consistent delivery of the Berlitz Method and guarantee each student reaches his or her targeted level of learning proficiency through the following:
Needs Analysis: Determines the Berlitz Proficiency Level needed to attain the personal goal
Program Recommendation: Determines the amount of training required to reach that goal
Counseling & Progress Reports: Formal progress reports and counselling sessions with Learning Center staff enable participants to assess their ongoing progress
Level Checks: Achievement assessments enable participants to determine how well they have mastered their program before moving to the next level
Certificate of Completion: Acknowledges the achieved level of proficiency

Goals for continued learning are reassessed and recommendations for goal achievement are provided.
No other language training provider offers this level of formalized and consistent service and support.
Consistency Means Quality
Berlitz curricula and instructors are consistent across the globe. Every location uses the Berlitz Method, teaches the same curriculum, and hires and trains instructors using the same core training processes. Participants can begin at one Berlitz Center and continue at another; the teaching methodology and program materials remain consistent.
